WALK AND TALK THERAPY
Combining physical movement and time in nature, walk and talk therapy involves taking therapy outside the four walls of an office. This approach to therapy is grounded in research which has found physical movement and time in nature provide significant benefits to mental health. Combining these with the therapy typically provided in an office offers another option for choosing therapy that fits you. Walk and Talk therapy may be a good fit if you enjoy being outdoors or find sitting in an office difficult.

Walk and Talk therapy is not focused on exercise. Like sessions held in an office, its focus is on your mental wellbeing. It provides the same therapy interventions, just outside. Any walking is at your comfort level, perhaps even sitting on a bench among nature.
